Breed Restrictions

 

Pets are limited by breed. The following breeds are either full or mixed are restricted and will not be accepted:

-Bull Mastiff

 

-Pit Bull (American Pit Bull)

-Rottweiler​

 

*Residents are responsible for picking up after pets.  $120.00 clean up fee for those allowing pets to defecate without cleaning up after.
